Terms and Conditions

Definitions: In these terms, "Company" refers to Woodbine Canada, a company authorized to operate a casino in Ontario, Canada; "Customer" refers to any individual who participates in gaming activities at the Company's premises or online through its systems.
Age Restriction: No person under 19 years of age shall be allowed to participate in gaming activities on the premises of the Company or online through its systems.
Personal Identification: Customers are required to provide valid identification upon request by the Company, which may include proof of age and identity for regulatory compliance purposes.
Gaming Activities: All gaming activities conducted at the Company's premises or online through its systems shall be subject to Ontario's Gaming Act, R.R.O. 1990 Reg. 755 and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by relevant authorities.
Responsible Gambling: The Company is committed to responsible gambling practices in accordance with the AGCO/OLG framework and provincial regulatory requirements. This includes offering self-exclusion programs for customers who may require assistance or support related to problem gaming behavior.
Privacy Policy: All customer information collected by the Company will be used, disclosed, and protected as required under applicable laws, including privacy legislation in Ontario. The collection, use, disclosure, retention, and disposal of personal data shall comply with provincial standards for fair and transparent processing practices.
Intellectual Property Rights: The trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, designs, patents, copyrights, proprietary materials, information, know-how, or any other intellectual property rights that appear in this casino are the exclusive property of Woodbine Canada or its licensors and shall not be used without written permission from the Company.
Waiver and Release: By using our facilities and engaging in gaming activities, you release the Company from any liability for damage to your person or property.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed according to Ontario laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
Changes and Amendments: The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, suspend, amend, revise any provisions contained within these terms without prior notice or obligation to notify customers thereof.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Woodbine Canada regarding your use of our casino facilities and services.
